Today, we said goodbye to the very best girl. Ginger passed away peacefully at home at the age of 17, with Brandon & Stacey by her side.

Stacey rescued Ginger from a shelter when she was just days away from being euthanized. Timid and scared at first, she quickly discovered what it meant to be part of a family—and from that moment on, she became the light of Stacey & Brandon’s lives. For the past 15 years, Ginger was with them through every joyful celebration and every difficult season. She was by their side before their children were born and has been there every step of the way since.

Ginger and her humans shared a soul-deep connection, one that words can't fully capture. Her gentle spirit, her loyalty, and her unconditional love made their house a home. She leaves behind her devoted companion dog Ohana, who never left her side; her human siblings, Grayson and Landry, who have never known life without her; and her greatest champions and caretakers, Brandon and Stacey.

Ginger’s family is heartbroken and feeling her absence in every corner of their home. But they are comforted in knowing that Ginger lived a long, full life—one surrounded by love, care, and family. She is no longer in pain, and her memory will forever be a part of their lives.
