Sugar Mergele

When Sugar was born her mother was young and did not know how to care for her; Sugar quickly moved into the house and was a bottle baby. She was strong and determined. As she grew stronger she quickly found a fast and feisty friend in LuLu the weinerdog. In the house, Sugar enjoyed cuddles the most, but also loved challenging Lulu to Zoomy-races and trying everything anyone dared to eat in her view. As she got bigger it was time to rejoin the herd, but she was rejected by her own kind. Luckily, Sugar found a few faithful friends in Dottie the donkey and Lila and Maude the Mules. These four were always together until Sugar passed. Sugar may not have been certain what she was; human, tiny dog or donkey; but She jumped into everyone laps and hearts. Sugar brought so much love and laughter to our lives and she will be greatly missed. Besides Sugar's four-legged friends she is survived and remembered daily by her two-legged family; Laura and John Mergele and Mayme and Ron Brown.
